The Tricity Wing of the Confederation of Quality Early Childhood Education (CQ-ECCE) held a high-level strategic meeting at a city hotel to chart the roadmap for its upcoming flagship event, Prarambh Chandigarh 2026. The meeting brought together prominent education leaders and stakeholders committed to strengthening early childhood education across the region.

Addressing the gathering, Chairperson Anubhav Arora elaborated on the Confederation’s vision and mission, highlighting its dedication to raising the standards of early education and building a strong, collaborative network of educators. He stressed the importance of innovation, quality benchmarks, and shared learning in shaping the future of foundational education.

A major highlight of the session was the announcement of new leadership roles aimed at expanding the organization’s reach and impact. Mandeep Sharma, currently serving as President of the Tricity Wing, has been appointed as the State President for Punjab. In her new role, she will lead statewide initiatives and oversee quality-driven programs across the region.

Further strengthening the organizational structure, new City Presidents were also named, Adv. Parul Mehta for Chandigarh, Drishti Chugh for Mohali, Samridhi for Zirakpur, and Chetna Bali for Panchkula. These appointments are expected to enhance local engagement and streamline the implementation of CQ-ECCE’s objectives at the grassroots level.

The meeting also marked the formal announcement of Prarambh 2026, scheduled for May 17 at Holiday Inn, Zirakpur. The event is anticipated to be a landmark platform, bringing together school principals and directors from Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, and the Tricity region.

Focused on collaboration and quality enhancement, the summit aims to facilitate meaningful dialogue, exchange of best practices, and the adoption of structured frameworks in early childhood education. With participation from key stakeholders, Prarambh 2026 is poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of early learning in North India.
