Following the resounding victory of the Aam Aadmi Party in 13 out of 15 seats of the Jandiala Guru Municipal Council, Punjab Minister for Public Works and Power, Harbhajan Singh, on Sunday paid obeisance at Sachkhand Sri Harmandir Sahib and offered prayers, expressing gratitude to the Almighty and seeking the welfare of all.

Speaking to mediapersons after offering prayers, Harbhajan Singh said that the people of Jandiala Guru have put their stamp of approval on the development works undertaken by the Punjab Government and its people-centric welfare policies. He stated that this victory belongs to the common people of Jandiala Guru who have supported development, transparency, and honest governance.

He further said that the Punjab government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, remains fully committed to fulfilling every promise made to the people. He added that several more major development projects would be undertaken in Jandiala Guru in the coming days.

The Cabinet Minister thanked all voters, party workers, and supporters of Jandiala Guru for their overwhelming support. He said that the mandate given by the people would inspire him and his team to work with greater responsibility and dedication to meet the expectations of the public.

On the occasion, he also prayed for the progress, prosperity, and well-being of Punjab and for the welfare of all humanity.
